Directions:

Please print out and carry with you. We are easy to find, but it always helps to have specific directions.

1. From US Hwy # I-5 and points South (approx. 3 hrs. from Seattle):

US highway I-5 becomes highway #99 at the Douglas border crossing. Continue on #99 entering Vancouver over the Oak St. bridge. Continue north on Oak St., turn left at 33rd Ave.Continue west on 33rd to MacKenzie St.and turn right. At 28th Ave turn left and we are the second house on the right.

2. From Airport (10 -15 minutes):

Exit Airport via Grant McConnachie Way (the only exit), over the Arthur Laing Bridge (stay in right lane). Take Granville Street exit and stay on Granville to 33rd Ave. Turn left and go west on 33rd to MacKenzie St and then turn right. At 28th Ave turn left and we are the second house on the right (north side of street).

3. From Victoria Ferry ( 30 - 40 minutes ):

When you get off the ferry you are on Highway 17--continue north and take exit west to Vancouver (highway 99 west ) Highway #99 enters Vancouver over the OAK ST Bridge. Continue north on Oak and turn left (west) on 33rd Ave. Continue west on 33rd to MacKenzie St.and turn right. At 28th Ave turn left and we are the second house on the right (north side of street).

4. From Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal ( 30 - 40 minutes ):

Take Upper Levels Highway to Taylor Way, turn right and cross the Lions Gate Bridge into Vancouver.(the bridge will take you onto Georgia St.) Continue east on Georgia, turn right on Howe St. and follow Howe over the Granville St. bridge. Continue south on Granville St. to 33rd Ave. Turn right (west) on 33rd and continue west to MacKenzie St and then turn right. At 28th Ave turn left and we are the second house on the right (north side of street).

5. From Hwy # 1 and points East:

Exit highway #1 at the Grandview exit. Continue West on Grandview (which becomes 12 Ave) to Granville St. Turn left and go south on Granville to 33rd Ave. Turn right (west) on 33rd and continue west to MacKenzie St and then turn right. At 28th Ave turn left and we are the second house on the right (north side of street).

6. From Downtown ( 7 - 10 minutes ):
	By Auto: Drive south on Howe St. over the Granville Street bridge. Continue south on Granville St. to 33rd Ave. Turn right (west) on 33rd and continue west to MacKenzie St and then turn right. At 28th Ave turn left and we are the second house on the right (north side of street).
	By Bus: Take bus #22 going south at Burrard St and Granville Ave. Ask driver to let you off on MacKenzie St at 29th Ave Walk back (north ) to 28th Ave and turn left (West). We are the second house on the right (north side of street).
